Our fundraising efforts help support the growth and development of our young athletes through participation in girls AAU basketball. These funds assist with tournament fees, travel, uniforms, and training opportunities that allow our players to compete, learn teamwork, and build confidence on and off the court.

Belton Blaze Basketball
Belton Blaze Basketball is a girls’ club team for players ages 10 to 17, competing in local tournaments across Central Texas. Our focus is on helping young ladies grow as athletes while building confidence, character, and life skills beyond the court.

BELTON BLAZE GIVES BACK!
On August 1, Belton Blaze Basketball teamed up with VFW Post 9191 of Killeen, TX in their Backpack Drive. Because of the dedication of all the volunteers, countless students will begin the school year with the supplies they need and the confidence to succeed. This effort was about more than backpacks—it was about investing in our children, strengthening our community, and showing that when we come together, we can make a lasting difference. Thank you to the VFW Post 9191 for allowing us to be a part of this awesome event. We are proud to support our community—and help build a brighter future for the next generation.

Patrick Wright
Patrick Wright is the President and Coach for Belton Blaze Basketball. After years of coaching throughout the Central Texas area, Coach Pat decided to start his own organization. His vision is for the organization to be known for 3 things: development, competition and family. Those core pillars of the organization are brought to the gym each and every day by Coach Pat.
Those pillars filter from the coaches, players, and parents, so that anyone involved with Belton Blaze basketball understands that those three things will not be compromised. The goal is that every coach, player and parent enjoys their time spent with Blaze Basketball, and knows that once you are with Blaze Basketball, you are with family.
